Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase or it was made in error and you wish to cancel your skip hire booking, we will offer a refund of your money based on the timescales laid out below.

48 hours or more to delivery date.
You will be issued with a full refund of the price you paid.

12-48 hours prior to delivery date
If you cancel your skip hire booking less than 24 hours prior to it being delivered, a cancellation fee of £25 becomes applicable.

Day of delivery cancellation
Should you cancel your skip hire booking on the day the lorry is out delivering your skip, then we have the right to charge 50% of the price paid as a penalty charge.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Panda will not issue refunds for skips hired through other entities, such as agents, brokers, or retail partners.

Should you receive your skip and for some rare reason you are not happy with our service, then please call our sales department on 0333 0570 200 and we will help rectify any issues you may have.
